Circuit Training

Primarily, the exercise program consists of circuit training which is a combination of cardiovascular exercise and weight training. Research shows that this is an excellent way to burn more calories per session, both aerobically & anaerobically. It is also a great way to do group exercise with friends or others around the same ability. I can work with up to four people per session (although the first 1-3 time(s) on a strictly individual basis for assessment purposes). This creates camaraderie and moral support and is a less expensive way to have a personal trainer. Exercise programs are individualized to your specific needs and abilities.

For maximum results, 2-3 sessions per week is recommended. Each session is 55 minutes in length. Depending upon your goals, cardiovascular exercise is encouraged on the other days. I also can help design a nutritional plan that is right for you to help you reach your personal goals.
