Some people think sweating is crazy. After a great training session, exercise class, or simply a run outdoors, you can feel accomplished but also just down-right amazing after an intense workout that will leave you drenched in sweat! And good news! Sweating is a sure sign of being in great physical shape! According to scientists, “the fitter you are, the sooner your body begins to sweat, so a person who’s in extremely good shape will produce more sweat that somebody who isn’t.”

Red Hot High Intensity Interval Training Workout - Warm up 5 minutes - 10 Sumo Squats - 10 Sumo Squat jumps - 10 Full Pushups - 10 Reverse Crunches - 10 Reverse Lunge with a Front Kick (each leg) - 10 Triceps Dips - 25 Front Boxing Jabs - Jump rope 1 minute

Repeat these exercises 3 times!

It’s a general rule that we need at least eight glasses of water a day to stay hydrated. But the truth is that the more active you are, the more water you need.
