It's hard to believe this year is quickly coming to an end, but now is the time make everyday count to reach your December goals and finish 2016 strong! Today, we encourage you to prepare for the week ahead. Go ahead and take the time to plan your exercise and nutrition. Planning ahead can be such a vital part to full transformation. Using a food journal is another great tip to help you reach your whole body health goals! Bring the journal to the studio, we would love to help you make small adjustments this holiday with your exercise and nutrition! Remember, accountability is the key to unlocking your total transformation this year!
Please continue to sign up for your sessions on the TransFit app or MindBody. It is extremely important for you to sign up for classes in advance because it helps us prepare the workout for YOU! We do cap all TransFormer sessions at 16 ladies and small groups at 8 ladies to ensure safety and a more personal workout! We are offering 1-1 personal training and nutrition sessions all throughout the day as well please email us to schedule a 1-1 session.
