TransFit's Personalized Online Training

We are continuing to focus on accountability and motivation in March! Please keep doing your adherence charts!  I have received several requests recently from friends who are prevented by distance or just busy life from working with me in person. Distance should never be a barrier to a healthier you! I have decided to begin offering personalized online training, in order to reach out to those who may not have the means to get to my studio or a gym everyday. 

The online program will include you filling out a preliminary questionnaire, then chatting with me via Skype or phone so we can discuss your goals in-depth. After that, you will receive a customized exercise program which includes strength, cardiovascular, and flexibility training. Since I am a certified nutritionist, I will also offer recommendations about caloric requirements and macronutrient (carbohydrates, proteins, fats) levels to include in your diet.

The monthly personalized online program includes four - 20 minute Skype or phone check-ins (once a week) to review your progress and discuss any changes we need to make so the program can be as effective as possible for you. It's natural to face some obstacles with your training, which is why it can be so hard to do it alone. I will work with you to find solutions, and to make this the best experience possible for you.

In my experience, changing a lifestyle takes time. My clients generally need about 4-6 weeks before their lifestyle changes become habits, and their results are readily apparent. My most successful clients tend to be those who commit to an online training period of at least three months, and those that try to "go it alone" after one session rarely experience long-term success.

Because I want your online personal training to be successful, I require that all new clients commit to a two month period, and after that I am happy to work with you on a month-by-month basis. All plans start on the 1st or the 15th of the month.

Healthy Lifestyle Package (2 months) –>> $225

  • An initial interview (20 min) to discuss your personal fitness and nutritional goals (via Skype, email or telephone)
  • Two detailed workout plans; one to start and a second, follow-up plan, 30 days later
  • The month one plan will include 2 strength workouts, 3 cardiovascular workouts, and 1 stretching workout per week with positive, inspirational messages
  • Menu tips and clean eating suggestions
  • 60 days of support via email or your favorite social media platform
  • Menu and workout tracking tools to help with adherence and consistency

Monthly Training Package –>> $95

  • For clients who have ‘graduated’ from Healthy Lifestyle program
  • 1 detailed workout plan per month (Includes 5 days of planned exercise)
  • Menu tips and clean eating suggestions
  • 30 days of support via email or your favorite social media platform
  • Four 20 minute conference call or Skype checking to evaluate your progress and plan

Follow-up ‘Stand alone’ Exercise Program –>> $25

  • For clients who have ‘graduated’ from the ‘Getting Started’ program
  • One detailed workout plan

In order to optimize the support and attention each client receives, I will only accept a limited number of clients for each month.
