Intensive Training

    • 55 min initial phone or in-studio consultation to discuss goals, running history, and long range plan

    • Weekly 25 min phone consult.

    • Unlimited email correspondence

    • Weekly training schedule, including daily training specifications and workouts

    • $199 per month with 3 month commitment

    • Payment due at the beginning of each month

Basic Coaching

    • Bi-weekly phone consults

    •  $150 a month with 3 month commitment 

    • Payment due at the beginning of each month

One Time Coaching

    • 55 min consultation with no further commitment.

Monthly Running Package

    • This monthly running package will include weekly accountability with your running coach. You will be able to update your specific training program if needed.

    • Your coach will monitor and write your specific program

    • Customized weekly workout schedules provided to you on regular basis as well as estimated annual training plans and periodization based on your priority races

    • Phone calls as needed

    • Support via email/text/phone

    • Consultation on race strategy, race debriefing, nutrition, etc

    • $99 per month fee that will be billed each month at the beginning of your program.
