In every TransFit workout, the TransFit team will guide you through a dynamic mix of strength and cardiovascular exercises designed to challenge your whole body. We tailor each 55-minute session to your specific needs and abilities, designed to leave you feeling strong and energized all day long. We enjoy working with women of all ages and stages, and provide a wide range of professional training services that combine knowledge, experience, and total dedication to you.
Group Fitness
Join 10–20 women for 50 minutes of movement that builds strength, endurance, and balance. We’ll finish with stretching and a dose of inspiration to keep you going strong.
