TransFit Girls sessions are weekly 50-minute workouts every Wednesday from 4:30-5:25, filled with fun exercises, nutrition tips, and spiritual encouragement. Designed for grades 4th-7th, TransFit Girls offers a safe and supportive environment to learn how to live transformed while having fun.
Each session begins with a fun game to warm up, followed by a mix of strength and cardiovascular exercises, and concludes with a cool-down stretching period.
