We love sharing our healthy May favorites with you. As always, our number one top favorite thing is YOU! We are grateful for our TransFit community of committed, kind, and encouraging women! We have loved celebrating all of our moms and graduates this week in the studio. Here are some of our healthy favorites to inspire you this week.
Our Favorite Workout:
We love this pelvic floor workout, which you can do at home. The new TransFit app has so many amazing workouts like this one. If you can make it in the studio, we have an incredible pilates fusion session to strengthen your deep core and pelvic floor.
Our Favorite Recipe:
Asian Sesame Kabobs are easy, delicious, and perfect for summer weeknight dinners. This is one of the many amazing recipes in our High Protein Recipe Book, complete with macros.
Our Favorite Book:
Amen by Grace Daily Co is our summer book club or Bible study book. This study starts in June and will be on Wednesday evenings. If you struggle to connect the dots between the Old and New Testaments, or if you just want to learn more about the different genres of scripture and how each book points to Jesus, this study is for you. Scripture tells one big cohesive story; this study will help you discover it. Please email us here to join in.
Our Favorite Protein Drink:
Koia is a plant-based protein drink offering a range of ready-to-drink shakes emphasizing clean ingredients and dietary inclusivity. Offered in various flavors, they are high in protein and fiber and low in sugar. They are plant-based, allergen-friendly, and such a convenient meal or snack if you are on the go!
Our Favorite Supplement: Vitamin D

Our Favorite Weighted Vests:
We are trying to get all the extra steps during May. Weighted vests work well to increase resistance and overall challenge in any activity. They are an option while walking, running, or hiking, and they can also be used in explosive training exercises like jumping or reactive training drills. Weighted vests are a great way to improve speed, endurance, and muscle strength, increase overall calories burned, and maintain bone mineral density.
