 Personalized Online Training

Online Personal Training involves identifying each client’s specific health and fitness goals and tailoring an exercise and nutrition program to meet their individual needs.

After filling out some preliminary paperwork (healthy and lifestyle questionnaire, PAR-Q, liability waiver) and chatting with me via Skype, email or telephone, you will receive:

  • Customized exercise program, including strength, cardiovascular and flexibility training. All exercises can be explained in detail.
  • Nutrition guidelines and weekly meal plan with recipes
  • Weekly check-ins + inspiration

I have many tips, tricks and recipes to share to help you improve your diet and improve your overall health. I am a certified nutritionist and I can assist you with current recommendations about daily calorie requirements, and can advise you as to appropriate macro-nutrient (carbohydrates, proteins and fats) levels to include in your diet.

The monthly online training program will provide you with four 20 minute phone or Skype check-ins to review your progress make your exercises more challenging and find solutions to any obstacles you’re experiencing. You can expect to receive a brand new program every month.

Changing your lifestyle takes time. In my experience as a personal trainer, I’ve found that it takes most people a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks to make exercise and healthy eating a habit.

Because I want your experience with Online Personal Training to be a successful one, I HIGHLY recommend all new clients to commit to two months of Online Personal Training. After that, I’m happy to work with you on a month-by-month basis.

My most successful clients are those who’ve committed to personal training for an initial period of at least three months


PERSONALIZED ONLINE TRAINING PACKAGES

All programs  start on either the 1st or the 15th of the month.

Live Transformed Online Training (1 month)  $110

  •  An initial interview (20 min) to discuss your personal fitness and nutritional goals (via Skype, email  or telephone)
  • 4 weeks of detailed workout plans/exercise calendars 
  • The month one plan will include 2 strength workouts,3 cardiovascular workouts, and 1 stretching workout per week each with positive, inspirational messages
  • 8 weeks clean eating meal plans and recipes
  • Menu tips and clean eating suggestions
  • 30 days of support via email or your favorite social media platform
  •  Menu and workout tracking tools to help with adherence and consistency
  • Weekly check-in and progress report

Stand Alone Online Fitness Training $50

4 weeks of workouts

Includes 2 strength workouts,3 cardiovascular workouts, and 1 stretching workout per week each with positive, inspirational messages

STEP 1: QUESTIONNAIRE

I send you a questionnaire to fill out. You tell me your goals, age, weight, gender etc… and send it back to me.

STEP 2: PROGRAM CREATION

I take a look at everything you have sent me and develop a custom training program just for you. Not some cookie cutter generic program that a lot of companies send to everyone. This is YOUR program tailored for YOUR goals.

STEP 3: PROGRAM DISCUSSION

After taking a look at the program, we discuss it together and you ask any questions you may have.

STEP 4: GET STARTED

You implement the plan! Now the fun begins!

STEP 5: WEEKLY CHECK-INS

Weekly you will send me progress reports tracking your workouts and/or nutrition. This way I can see how your program is going and if we need to change anything. If changes need to be made I will tweak aspects of the program.

STEP 6: REACH YOUR GOALS!

Stick to the program, I will make changes along the way, and together we will reach your fitness goals!
