The Transformation Goal

The TransFit team will guide you through a dynamic mix of strength and cardiovascular exercises designed to challenge your whole body. We’ll start with short bursts of resistance training using moderate weights and higher repetitions to target a specific muscle group. Next, we’ll transition quickly to another burst focusing on a different muscle group, incorporating energizing cardio intervals in between.

This strategic combination keeps your heart rate elevated, builds lean muscle, and maximizes calorie burn—both during the workout and long after you leave the studio. Research shows that this approach not only improves aerobic and anaerobic fitness, but also boosts metabolism, supports fat loss, and leaves you feeling strong and energized all day long.

Designed for You

All exercise programs are individualized for your specific needs and abilities. The TransFit team enjoys working with people of all ages. We will set up a program to meet your specific goals: weight loss, building endurance, toning, or sport-specific training. We recommend two to three sessions per week for maximum results, and cardiovascular exercise is encouraged on all other days. Each session is 55 minutes in length. The TransFit team provides a wide range of professional training services that combine knowledge, experience, and total dedication to you.

Private One-On-One Personal Training

Working one-on-one with a personal fitness trainer will benefit your fitness plan. TransFit will provide a program tailored specifically to your needs and fitness goals. Find more information here

Partner and Small Group Training

Sessions are discounted when you share your fitness experience with a friend. These sessions can be more motivating when both people encourage and challenge one another. 

TRANSFORMER Large Group Training

The Transformer large group training session is a circuit training class with 10-18 ladies.  It incorporates cardiovascular, strength, agility, balance, and flexibility training in a 50-minute high-intensity session, with 5 minutes of stretching and inspiration to finish the workout. 

Personalized Online Training

If you are in another city or state or can't make it to the studio, Online Personal Training involves identifying each client's specific health and fitness goals and tailoring an exercise and nutrition program to meet their individual needs. Find more information here.

Sport Specific Training

If you desire to increase your mileage and time in a 5K, half marathon, or full marathon, the TransFit team can design a workout program that will assist you in developing speed, power, and endurance. 

Nutrition & Weight Loss Programs

If you struggle with weight loss or maintaining weight loss, the TransFit team will help by providing a comprehensive program that addresses all aspects of weight loss for you to consider. Our primary objective is to provide stimulating workouts that achieve maximum results, meet your desired goals, and help ensure your physical and emotional well-being!

Live Transformed Girls

Live Transformed Girls is a monthly program of once or twice-a-week 60-minute sessions for middle school girls in our studio after school. Through this program, your middle school girl will participate in a strength and endurance developing workout geared toward her age group, set goals, and learn the importance of whole body health. She will meet other girls from all area schools and develop relationships while also helping her see that her body is a precious gift from God. Let us help your girl get on the right path towards whole body health early in life and make changes and relationships that will be with her for the rest of her life! Includes weekly email correspondence with supplemental information (meal plans, recipes, handouts, etc). 

We offer a session for 5th through 8th grade girls at 4:30 PM.

Live TransFormed College

TransFit College Women is a welcoming, Christ-centered community designed to help college women grow stronger in body, mind, and spirit. In each session, you’ll be guided through fun and challenging workouts that combine strength training and cardio, while also learning how to fuel your body with healthy nutrition and encourage one another in faith. We also offer Pilates, Yoga, Nutrition Consulting and Yoga.

You can expect to leave each class feeling energized, supported, and more confident—equipped with tools to build lifelong healthy habits, deepen your relationship with Christ, and thrive during your college years. We have an all access semester pass which allows you to come everyday for the entire semester.
