Today we are sending you all the love and prayers for a positive new week. Our entire Team misses you like crazy! We are grateful to keep serving you and helping you reach your goals daily with LIVE Virtual Workouts via Zoom and now we are offering Online On-Demand Strength, HIIT, and Yoga sessions for you. We are also excited to announce that our 4:30pm sessions are being added back into the schedule. We would love your feedback if you would like a later time for sessions.
Weekly Schedule:
TRANSFORMER STRENGTH WORKOUT
(You will need weights)
Monday: 7:30am, 10:30am, 4:30pm
Wednesday: 7:30am and 10:30am
Friday: 10:30am
TRANSFORMER HIIT CARDIO
(High & Low Impact Cardio for all fitness levels)
Tuesday: 7:30 and 10:30am
Thursday: 7:30 and 10:30am
TRANSFIT YOGA
Wednesday: 12:00pm
Friday: 9:15am
Our goal is to keep you encouraged and motivated throughout each day so you are held accountable to reach your whole-body health goals.
Using your current package (or with the purchase of a Virtual Workout (discounted) package), you can sign up on MindBody or our TransFit app.
If your package expired in the last two weeks and it needs to be extended, please email us.

We will be helping you transform via Zoom! The link for each Virtual Workout will be sent to your email 25 minutes prior to your session time. You can click on the link directly from a computer OR you can download the Zoom app on your phone. You can choose to only see the instructor or you can see and interact with the group. The choice is yours, but either way, you will still get a great TransFit workout from home!
**In order to receive the Zoom link for your Virtual Workout, please sign up at least 30 minutes in advance**
Please have water, a sweat towel, and weights nearby for all sessions!
The most amazing thing about this opportunity God has given us is that you can join us from anywhere! On-Demand workouts are available on our website. Whether you're at home, outside, or in a different country, we want to help you get moving, break a sweat, and transform the body, mind, and spirit. Invite your spouse, kids, neighbors, or cousins to keep active with you during this time.

PHASE 1 PLAN:
We will offer sessions with 6 clients or less
Prior to working out with us, we will be asking all clients to fill out a brief questionnaire about their current health and body temperature
We will be following the CDC's social distancing guidelines in the studio
To allow for extra sanitation between sessions, workouts will be 45 minutes
Trainers will be offering 30 or 55 minute 1-on-1 sessions. Please email us to set up your session.
