Since it is blueberry season, I have decided to share this delicious blueberry smoothie! Blueberries are SO nutritious! They are a very good source of vitamin K, vitamin C, and manganese. Blueberries are also a good source of fiber and copper! A study done by Harvard researchers found that blueberries can help improve memory loss that comes with aging! Blueberries have also been shown to be beneficial not only for improvement of memory, but for slowing down or postponing the onset of other cognitive problems frequently associated with aging!
