What is your true motivation this month? To truly maximize your motivation, you have to KNOW your motivation! What is your motivation for better health??? We all have days where we trip and fall and get discouraged. There are days when we all lack motivation to keep pushing toward our goals. But, we can stay motivated by making a commitment to our goal and by aligning our actions with that decision or goal regardless of how we feel! You may never really "feel" like it but now is the time to take action! We love you and want to encourage you to be your best! 

One of our key focuses for the Maximize your Motivation in March package is commitment. Our theme verse this month is Psalm 37:5- "Commit your way to the Lord. Trust in Him, and He will act."

God is not promising things will always be easy... they will be hard... but be encouraged that  the tree which weathers the most storms often grows to be the strongest! We must trust that we can handle the challenges He sets before us and commit to reaching our goals. Bring your commitments, goals, and dreamsto the Lord  ask Him to give you the strength to do whatever is that you are setting out to do! 

Let's commit to strengthening our core by working on our abdominal muscles. Set aside 10 minutes every day to get in a great abdominal workout! This workout can be used for your March challenge to exercise daily!

Happy August!

A new school year is about to begin, schedules are changing, and you are going to achieve your goals this month! This August we are focusing on committing to our goals! August is a perfect time to make a new exercise plan and commit to making 2016 your best year! Make exercise a priority and come join us in the studio! Whether this is your very first time or you have been a loyal client for years, we are so excited to get to spend this August with you! 

Today is the day to realize that you are a product of your choices. Small choices you make each day become habits. Habits lead you directly into your goals! Goals are such an important part of your transformation because it gives you an idea of what you are working for in life. Your goals are made specifically for you and by you!  In addition to setting goals, we want to encourage you to have accountability partner. Let this August be a time that you use accountability in exercising, nutrition, and faith. Let this August be a time where you break down your bigger goals into daily habits and achieve your dreams

We are offering a middle school girls session beginning August 15. Commit to Your Health this Spring!


Conventional wisdom has always told us that it takes 21 days for a new habit to stick. However, new research shows that it typically takes a lot longer than that to make a new habit. On average, it takes 66 days to form a habit, but even that can vary between people. Some people only need 18 days, while others need about 254 days.

The problem for many people trying to start their own healthy habits is that they don't have the support they need. Many of my friends struggle finding enough healthy recipes for two weeks, let alone finding enough recipes for over two months. There's no reason this needs to be a challenge though!
